supported.
Enable/Disable processor Turbo Mode (requires
EMTTM enabled too). AUTO means enabled,
unless max turbo ratio is bigger than 16 – SKL
A0 W/A.
Enable/Disable CPU Power Management. Allows
CPU to go to C states when it's not

Enable/Disable C1E. When enabled, CPU will
switch to minimum speed when all cores enter
C-State.
Configure C-State Auto Demotion.
Configure C-State Un-demotion.
