PROBLEM
Coffee is not hot enough.
Coffee pours too quickly, the
espresso is not creamy on top.

CAUSE
Cups are cold.
A high volume of water for coffee has
been dispensed.
A capsule that has already been used
was inserted.
The thermal probe does not work correc-
tly.
The electronic board is damaged.

The boiler heating element is defective.
SOLUTION
Pre-warm cups with hot water.
Wait at least 20 sec. from the last cof-
fee dispensing.
Insert a new capsule.
Replace the thermal probe.
Apply the heat conducting paste bet-
ween the thermal probe and the boi-
ler.
Replace the electronic board.
Replace the thermal probe.
