Check DIGITAL DATA OUTPUT
a)
Install a 7D01 Logic Analyzer/DF2 Display
Formatter Combination into a 7000 Series
oscilloscope and allow it to warm up.
b)
Connect the Logic Analyzer data acquisition probes
to the pins of the DIGITAL DATA OUTPUT connector
from the backside according to Table 4-3.
