When connecting to a network computer with a cable
To connect to the network computer via a cable, proceed as follows:
1 Rotate the Jog Dial™ to select HotSync and then press the Jog Dial™.
Or tap the HotSync
The HotSync screen appears.
2 Tap the Menu icon.
3 Tap LAN Sync Prefs from the Options menu.
The LANSync Preferences screen is displayed.
4 Tap LANSync.
5 Tap OK.
The HotSync screen appears again.
6 Tap the Menu icon.
7 Tap Conduit Setup from the Options menu.
8 Perform a local HotSync
Follow the instructions in Performing a local HotSync®
next to Service and then select a service from the drop-down list.
