Using your CLIÉ handheld
Attendees: Expense opens the Attendees screen, which looks like a memo screen of Memo Pad. In
this screen, you can enter the names of attendees and purposes of expenditures. To display the
address information in Address Book, tap Address Lookup.

Tap OK.
The details are entered.
Changing the date
The Expense item is initially displayed with the date when it is entered.
If you want to record a past payment date, proceed as follows:

In the Expense screen, tap the Expense item whose date you want to change.
The date is highlighted.

Tap the date area of the selected Expense item.
The Date screen appears.

Tap the correct date.
The date is now changed.
Changing the display
To change display options of Expense items, proceed as follows:

In the Expense screen, tap Show.
The Show Options dialog box appears.

Select your preferred display mode options:
Sort by: Tap the down arrow next to Sort by and then select Date or Type to sort Expense items.
Distance: Tap the down arrow and then select Miles or Kilometers for the distance entries.
Show currency: Shows or hides the currency symbol in the Expense list.

Tap OK.
The Expense items are sorted according the selections you made.
