Shows current HSCSD call parameter settings.

Description

Description
Indicates that the accepted channel coding for the next
established non-transparent HSCSD call is 9600 bits/s only
Indicates that the accepted channel coding for the next
established non-transparent HSCSD call is 14000 bits/s
only

and 14000 bits/s
