Page Width Format Conversion
Determines the TAE response to a mismatch between the page width negotiated for
the facsimile session, indicated by the
data desired by the TE, indicated by the
<wd> parameter for AT+FDR
A mismatch would require clipping or scaling a wider format to a narrower one.
AT+FWDFC=<value>
AT+FWDFC? Displays the current <value> setting.
AT+FWDFC=? Shows if the command is supported.

FET Indication
Post-page message. The +FET: <ppm> message is generated by a receiving facsimile
TAE after the end of Phase C reception, on receipt of the post-page message from the
transmitting station.

FHNG Indication
Indicates that the call has been terminated. The hang-up cause is reported, and stored
in the AT+FAXERR parameter for later inspection.
