Blind Dial Delay Control
Defines the number of seconds to wait before call-addressing when a dial tone is not
detected. This command is ignored by the infrared modem and is included for
compatibility reasons only.
ATS6=[<delay>]
ATS6? Displays the current <delay> setting.
ATS6=? Shows if the command is supported.
