Creating a Group
You can create a new custom group and assign permissions to it.

On the Group tab, click Add Group to open the Add Group window.
Enter a name for the group in the Group field.
If you want, you can enter a brief description in the Remark field.
From the Authority List, select permissions for the group (see

The user can view live video and access all of the controls in the Live interface.
The user can play back recorded video and access all of the controls in the
Playback interface.
The user can access the settings in Setup > Storage Setup > Record Control.
The user can save and export video clips in the Playback interface.
The user can access the settings in Setup > System Setup > Account.
The user can access the settings in Setup > Alarm Setup > Alarm.
The user can search logs in Setup > Information > Log.
