Troubleshooting

PROBLEM
The power-up sequence does not start after
pressing the Power button.
IR video doesn't appear after power-up
sequence ends.
Ghost video appears with the real video.
Recording process stops without pressing the
Record button.
The massage "Scan and Fix" appears on the
computer after connecting the camera.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Battery is not connected properly.
Battery is empty.
Lens cover is still mounted on the lens.
NUC on scenery.
Internal memory runs out of storage.
Battery is depleted.
Note: The camera ends a recording sequence
when less than 3% of battery charge is left.
Causes vary.
Note: This is a Windows warning.
OPERATION
TECHNICAL
SPECIFICATIONS
Disconnect and reconnect the battery.
Verify the battery is securely in place.
Switch to a different battery.
Remove the lens cover from the lens.
Mount the lens cover on the lens and perform the NUC
sequence.
Transfer files from the camera to a computer or tablet,
then perform the recording again.
Switch to a different battery.
Follow the Windows prompts to perform the disk scan.
