This function returns the complete parameter array (ID 0 to ID 6).

NOTE: The complete size of transferred data is
(number of id's) * (size of parameter structure) = 7 * 10 bytes = 70 bytes.
SetParameterIDx() 0x01 to 0x06
This function sets the specified parameter.
