z DATE/CAM To display date, time and various settings
during playback when pressing the DATA
CODE button (p. 41)
DATE To display date and time during playback when
pressing the DATA CODE button
—— Temporarily change the area where you are
using your camcorder
z OFF Not during daylight saving time
ON During daylight saving time
z MELODY To output the melody when you start/stop
recording or when an unusual condition occurs
on your camcorder
NORMAL To output the beep instead of the melody
OFF To cancel all sound including shutter sound
z ON To activate the Remote Commander supplied
with your camcorder
OFF To deactivate the Remote Commander to avoid
remote control operation caused by other VCR's
remote control
