Detach the Thermal Transfer Ribbon from the Print /Encode Unit.

Remove the Cleaning roller from the Print /Encode Unit.
Cleaning roller
5.
Wash the Cleaning roller with running water.
6.
Install the Cleaning roller to Print /Encode Unit after drying.
Detach this side first to take out the Cleaning Roller
