3. Turn the Crankshaft clockwise by a flat-head screwdriver to open the press bars completely while holding
the card. Then remove the card.
If the Crankshaft got turned too much, Press Bars would return to the Press Position. In this case, turn the
screwdriver counter-clockwise.
4. Make sure that the Emboss Type is aligned to the Emboss Pin again.
Keep the Press Bars opening until the Right side door is closed.
5. Close the Right side door, and then lock the Right side door with the key.
Caution
•
There is a high-temperature area in the Tipper Unit.
To perform the above process, turn off the power and wait at least 1 hour until the Unit
has been completely cooled down to prevent your arms or hands from getting burned.
•
When turning the Crankshaft, make sure the Emboss type is aligned to the Emboss pin.
(In the case when the emboss type is in the wrong position, the type may be damaged.)
•
After completing the above process, make sure the following.
"Emboss type is aligned to Emboss pin."
"Press Bars has left opened."
