Symptoms
Not turning on

Possible Remedy
Appliance is not
suitable for negative
head installation. Refer
to plumbing system
diagrams.
Rearrange pipework to
avoid airlock forming.
Refer to "Typical
Suitable Installations".
Clean/descale
showerhead.
Check flow rate is above
stated minimum. Refer
to "Specification".
Make sure inlet
temperature differentials
are sufficient.
Check electrical
connection and supply.
Open valves.
Clean filters.
Clean/descale
showerhead.
Repeat signal test.
Change controller
frequency channel.
