– Mark parting cuts according to dimensions -a and b- and cut.
Partial renewal
A part replacement is possible with parting cut -2-.
– Make cuts as shown.
Dimension -a- = 20 mm
Dimension -b- = 25 mm
Note
Dimensions -a- and -b- must be strictly adhered to.
– Separate original joint.
– Grind through outer edge at rear wheel arch.
Note
Remove as much of the moulded foam element -1- as possible before starting grinding work.
