Every channel can occupy a certain state as well in case of a bus power breakdown as in case of a bus
power return. The channel can be switched off or on, but also stay in its current state by choosing
the parameter "no change".
To avoid problems in case of a bus power breakdown, you should adjust this parameter very
conscientious. Because there is no controlling possible as long as the bus power is down.
