9) Remove the tape from the machine.
10) Check to see if all accessories are contained in the
cardboard box that comes with the machine.
1.2.3 Installing the Scanner

1) Open the ADF and eliminate the packaging
materials.
2) Remove the scanner screw [1].

Be sure to have the user keep the scanner screw since
it is used when the machine is moved.
1.2.4 Installing the Fixing
iR5570 / iR6570
1) Turn the fixing feeder assembly release lever [1] in
the direction of the arrow (left) to release the
transfer/separation corona assembly. Slide out the
fixing feeder unit [2] to the front.

2) Remove the separation claw release component [1]
and the tag [2] on the fixing feeder assembly.
Remove foreign matter, such as an adhesive of tape on
the feeder belt.
