7. Possible Malfunctions

Problem
Plates are cold.
Dishes are not hot
enough
Plates are too hot.
The control light at
the ON/OFF switch
does not come on
when the device is
active.
The above described problem cases are given for orientation and as examples.
Should these or similar problems occur, please turn off the machine immediately
and don´t use it anymore. In order to check and repair your machine, please contact
a qualified expert or the manufacturer immediately.

Cause
• Device not connected to
an outlet.
• Device is not turned on.
• When checked for
damage, the ventilator
can be heard while the
device is in use: this
means the heating
element is damaged.
• The ventilator cannot be
heard: the ventilator is
damaged.
• The main breaker switch
is burned out.
• Temperature is too low.
• Device has not been
allowed to heat long
enough.
• Temperature is too hot.
• Temperature dial is
damaged.
• The control light is
damaged
Solution
• Connect the device to an
outlet.
• Turn the device on.
• Contact a sales agent.

• Set a higher temperature.
• Heat the device for a
longer time.
