Working with effects

Once an effect is working to your satisfaction, you can store it as a cue
or a library.
An effect library is never specific to a device. It can be applied to all
fixtures and is not limited to the fixtures that were active when the
effect library was stored.
Effect libraries are applied as patterns. Example: Originally the effect
was running 3 spots. Apply it to 9 spots and it runs as 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3,1,
2, 3.

Storing effects

To store an effect in a cue
The procedure is the same as storing any cue.

To store an effect library
1.
Designate a soft key set for effect libraries.
2.
Press
3.
Tap a number in the effect library soft keys tab.

Releasing effects from cues or from the editor

You can release effects from all parameters, from selected parameters,
or from generic parameter types.
To release effects from cues
1.
Select the cue.
The cue loads to the master playback.
2.
Optional - select fixtures.
If no fixtures are selected, effects are released from all fixtures.
