8.2 Setting Up the Driver Parameters
Use the minimum value of the driver if the actual result is lower.

To achieve maximum system performance, this value can be changed according to the server load

and the peak operating times.
• The number of simultaneous command executions per CA port for the ETERNUS DX/AF is limited to
1024. This value is used by multiple servers that share the CA port. A maximum of 1024 commands
can be executed per CA port.

For VIOS/VIOC Configuration

Log in to VIOS with the padmin user, use the "oem_setup_env" command to change the padmin user to the
root user, and then use the "smit" command or another command to set the driver parameters.

Set the parameter as shown in the following table.
