DISTRONIC PLUS has been deactivated (
If it was not deactivated by the driver, a warning tone also sounds.
A warning tone also sounds. DISTRONIC PLUS is faulty. BAS may also
have failed.

A warning tone also sounds. DISTRONIC PLUS and SPEEDTRONIC are
faulty.

Visit a qualified specialist workshop.
You accelerate. Whilst you are accelerating, DISTRONIC PLUS does
not control the speed.

Release the accelerator pedal. DISTRONIC PLUS is activated again.
A warning tone also sounds.
DISTRONIC is deactivated and temporarily inoperative. Possible cau-
ses:
The function is impaired due to heavy rain or snow.
R
The radar sensor system is temporarily inoperative, e.g. due to
R
electromagnetic radiation emitted by nearby TV or radio stations or
other sources of electromagnetic radiation.
The system is outside the operating temperature range.
R
The on-board voltage is too low.
R
Once the causes listed above no longer apply, the display message
goes out and DISTRONIC PLUS is operational again.
If the display message does not disappear:

Pull over and stop the vehicle, paying attention to road and traffic
conditions.

Secure the vehicle to prevent it from rolling away (
X
Restart the engine.
DISTRONIC PLUS is operational again after having been temporarily
unavailable. You can now reactivate DISTRONIC PLUS (
DSR is activated but not active, since you are driving faster than
18 km/h. If you drive at slower than 18 km/h, DSR brakes automat-
ically until the set speed is reached.
DSR was deactivated.
If it was not deactivated by the driver, e.g. due to a malfunction in
®
ESP , a warning tone also sounds.
A warning tone also sounds. DSR is unavailable due to a malfunction.
