PRE-RIDE INSPECTION

The pre-ride inspection is very important prior to operating the watercraft.
Always check the proper operation of critical controls, safety features and
mechanical components before starting. If not done as specified here,
severe injury or death might occur. Bring all safety equipment required by
local laws.
For more detailed information on these items, refer to the applicable sections.
Engine should be off and the DESS key should always be removed from
its post prior to verifying any of the following points. Only start watercraft
once all items have been checked and operate properly.
