IRREGULAR OPERATION

In the case of malfunctions the Start&Stop system is

In the event of vehicle inactivity, pay special attention
to the disconnection of the battery power supply.
This procedure is carried out by disconnecting
the rapid release negative terminal A fig. 72 from the
negative false pole B because the negative battery
pole C is equipped with a battery charge status
sensor D which should never be disconnected
except when the battery is to be replaced.
EMERGENCY STARTING
In the event of emergency starting with an auxiliary
battery, never connect the negative cable – fig. 73
of the auxiliary battery to the negative pole C fig.
73of the car battery, but rather to either the false
pole B fig. 73 or to an engine/gearbox earth point.
