The required vacuum may not be generated if there is an insufficient supply of air to the
valve terminal.

Possible cause
A vacuum has built up when lifting
large suction cups quickly
The tubing used between the suction
cup and vacuum module is sized
incorrectly (tubing is too long and/or
internal diameter is too small)
Flow control screw is closed
Supply voltage not applied or no
permitted operating voltage
Electrical connections swapped
(incorrect polarity)
Device defective
Display defective
Short circuit/overload at relevant
output
Device defective
Access protection active
Remedy
– Increase the duration and
intensity of the ejector pulse
– Lift the suction cup slower from
the workpiece
– Actively set the ejector pulse
when lifting the suction cup
Replace the tubing
Tubing requirements
Open the flow control screw
Switch on supply voltage / maintain
permitted operating voltage range
Wire in accordance with the circuit
diagram
Replace the device
Replace the device
