Troubleshooting
The cleaner does not operate, stops during operation,
the suction power is weak, or the rotary brush does not rotate
The safeguard might be operating. Release the safeguard with the following instructions.
Suction power becomes weak or stops during operation.
To prevent the motor and battery from
overheating, the cleaner may automatically
enter protective operation, which minimizes
the power consumption and weakens the
suction power.
