Problems

Fitting, maintenance and repair must only be carried out by qualified contractors. The following table describes the solutions for
possible problems (solutions followed by * must only be carried out by qualified contractors).
Display Description
A0 Cold and hot water temperature sensor damaged.
A1 Temperature inside the box very high (external
temperature too high, combustion chamber
calcified).
A4 Air temperature sensor of the box faulty.
A7 Hot water temperature sensor faulty.
A9 Hot water temperature sensor is not fitted properly.
Incoming gas pressure low.
C7 Fan not working.
CA Water flow above maximum value specified.
CF Blockage of gases coming out of the combustion.
C1 Air flow sufficient for start-up.
E0 Breakdown in the electrical box
E1 Hot water temperature sensor detects overheating.
E2 Cold water temperature sensor faulty.
E4 Hot water temperature sensor detects overheating
(leaking combustion products inside the combustion
chamber).
E9 Thermofuse.
EA Flame not detected.
EE Modulating Solenoid valve disconnected.
EF Wrong gas connection.
F7 A flame is detected although the appliance is
switched off.
