Upon Installing OS

[?] Unable to start OS install media
Is any other media such as DVD/CD-ROM set?
→ Set only the OS install media, and restart the system.
[?] Unable to install OS
Is the Hard Disk Drive properly installed?
→ Make sure that the Hard Disk Drive is installed securely and that cables are properly connected.
Is the format of destination disk to install an OS supported?
Supported disk format depends on BIOS environment as follows:
UEFI
Legacy BIOS
For example, if the disk of MBR format is specified for destination in UEFI environment, the message as
shown below appears.
To change disk format, you need to erase contents of destination disk and create partition again. Make
backup copy of user data in advance, and then create a new partition.
Did you configure the RAID Controller?
→ For the RAID System, use EXPRESSBUILDER or a RAID Configuration Utility (WebBIOS) to properly
configure the RAID Controller before installing OS.
Did you create a Logical Drive?
→ For the RAID System, create a Logical Drive using EXPRESSBUILDER, WebBIOS to install OS.

Unable to install Windows correctly
Have you checked precautions for installation?
→ For installing OS, refer to "Installation Guide (Windows)".

Have you checked precautions for installation?
→ For installing OS, refer to "Installation Guide (Linux)".

A product key was not requested
→ If you install using the backup DVD-ROM, entering the product key is not required.
