Take the steps below to collect hardware configuration information.

# lspci -vt > /tmp/<log-file-name>
Or, run the following command if maintenance diagnostic tool of "Enterprise Linux with Dependable Support"
product is installed.
# lshw –list1 > /tmp/<log-file-name>

Collecting Kernel Dump (Linux)

If an error occurs, the dump file should be saved to acquire necessary information. For details, refer to the
manual related to setup procedure provided with your OS or contained in OS media.
Consult with your sales representative before dumping the memory. Dumping the memory while the server is in
operating normally may affect the system operation.
