4-6 Programming & Operation
The Program Mode is used to:
1.
Enter motor data.
2.
Autotune the motor.
3.
Customize the drive (Control and Motor) parameters to your application.
From the Display Mode press the PROG key to access the Program Mode.
Note: When a parameter is selected, alternately pressing the Disp and Prog keys
will toggle between the Display Mode and the selected parameter. When a
parameter is selected for programming, the keypad display gives you the
following information:
Parameter Status. All programmable parameters are displayed with a "P:" in the lower
left corner of the keypad display. If a parameter is displayed with a "V:", the parameter
value may be viewed but not changed while the motor is operating. If the parameter is
displayed with an "L:", the value is locked and the security access code must be entered
before its' value can be changed.
Use the following procedure to access parameter blocks to program the control.
Description
Keypad Display shows this
opening message.
If no faults and programmed for
LOCAL operation.
If no faults and programmed for
REMOTE operation.
Scroll to the ACCEL/DECEL
block.
Scroll to the Level 2 Block.
First Level 2 block display.
Scroll to Programming Exit menu.
Return to display mode.
Value and Units
Display
Logo display for 5 seconds.
Display mode.
If fault is displayed, refer to the
Troubleshooting section of this
manual.
Press ENTER to access Preset
Speed parameters.
Press ENTER to access Accel
and Decel rate parameters.
Press ENTER to access Level 2
Blocks.
Press ENTER to return to Display
mode.
