Shoulder pain accompanied by limitation of movement
Freedom from pain, stimulation of perfusion, full joint
movement
Ultrasonic therapy, electrotherapy (combined therapy),
exercise. In case of acute pain, cryotherapy and immo-
bilization with slight abduction is favorable.
Continuous mode
Plate electrodes / rubber electrodes / diplode
On both sides of the joint
Active: 2 cm – 3 cm
5 min – 10 min
Dosage: 2 – 3
2 times per week
Contraindication:
Heat therapy in all acute phases!
Cortical osteitis
Pain relief, inflammation stop
Ultrasonic therapy, electrotherapy (combined therapy),
ice treatment, dressing with ointment containing NSAID
(e.g. Voltaren Emulgel)
Continuous mode

On both sides of the bone
