8. Calibration

8.1 Calibrate the vertical scale

* Run Calibration under two conditions
1. When using Oscilloscope in a new environment, such as field
measurement.
2. When the temperature changes more than 5°C.

Make sure the environment fits these conditions.
1. Connect the rear panel Calibration output to Channel1. (BNC male —
male connector)

2. Press the Utility key→F5→F1→F1
3. Press F5 and start the calibration. It takes approximately 2 minutes.
4. When completed, switch the connection to channel 2. Repeat the
above process for the whole channel.
