5.4.5 The acquisition controls for RUN/STOP.

Operation
Continuously acquires waveforms or stops the acquisition. Press the
RUN/STOP button in order to start and stop the waveforms acquisition.
And also press the RUN/STOP button when you want to resume
continuous acquisition after a "single shot" acquisition.
The status of the acquisition is shown on the top right corner.
While the acquisition is running, the waveform display is live. Stopping the
acquisition (when push the RUN/STOP button) freezes the display. In
either mode, the waveform display can be scaled with the horizontal
controls.
