5. CONFIGURATION OF PARAMETERS

5.1 ACQUISITION

Acquisition process samples analog input signal and converts it into
digital format, later to be reconstructed into a waveform.

5.1.1 Operation:

Acquire
1. Press the Acquire key. Select the acquisition mode among F1∼F3 and
press it. The acquisition The acquisition icon on the top right corner of
the display changes accordingly
2. (For Average mode) To select the number of samples, press F3
repeatedly

All the acquisition information is used to draw
the waveform
The minimum and maximum value pairs for
each acquisition interval (bucket) are stored.
This mode is useful in catching abnormal
glitches in the signal.
