3. Attach the other end of the connecting rod to the loading screw support with a pin (C). 4. Insert the T-shaped blocking pin (D) at the base of the hopper to prevent it from turning dur- ing transportation. Anderson Group Grain bagger GB-series – Operation Guide...
The bagger is designed to travel at a maximum speed of 25 km/h on paved roads. On uneven soil, a speed beyond this limit could provoke back-kicks that might damage the bagger or the tractor. Always adapt your speed to the terrain conditions. Anderson Group declines any responsibility for damages caused by an excessive or inappropriate speed.

2. Check that the hoses are placed between the tractor and the bagger in order to avoid them from tangling, getting stuck and wearing prematurely during operation. If the connections are reversed, a check valve will prevent any movement of the loading screw. Anderson Group Grain bagger GB-series – Operation Guide...

2. Idle the power takeoff and increase the RPM to 540. During bagging, the tractor wheels must be perfectly straight so the grain bag is straight. You can readjust the orientation of the wheels if necessary. Anderson Group Grain bagger GB-series – Operation Guide...
Page 48
3. Load the grains into the hopper. You can place the grains directly into the hopper (see Figure 30 – Loading into the hopper) or place it into the loading auger enclosure (see Figure 31 – Loading with the auger). 2. Bring the tractor forward very slowly without deactivating the power takeoff until there is no grain left between the tunnel and the bag. 3. Bring the tractor forward a further 6.5 ft (2 meters). Anderson Group Grain bagger GB-series – Operation Guide...
3. Close the valves when the gadge indicator (D) shows the desired pressure level. NOTE: The pressure to be used varies depending on several factors: the type and level of moisture of the grains, the soil type and the tractor used. Operation Guide – Grain bagger GB-series Anderson Group...
Page 51
It also allows the interruption of the grain flow to the rollers. The operator must adjust the grain flow in order to avoid there being too much or too little grains in Anderson Group Grain bagger GB-series – Operation Guide...
Page 52
The operator must also adapt the grain flow to the crushing speed of the rollers. Two portholes on the hopper wall allow to see the level of grains inside. Anderson Group recommends maintaining the grain level between the first and the second porthole.
Page 53
To increase the pressure on the springs, turn the flywheel clockwise (see the following fig- ure). The grains will be more finely crushed. To reduce the pressure on the springs, turn the flywheel counter-clockwise (see the following figure). The grains will be crushed more coarsely. Page 54
The minimum space between the rollers can be modified according to the desired type of grain or crushed grain refinement. This spacing is adjusted with a bolt located at each end of the casing, between the crushing rollers. The length of the bolts determines the roller spacing. When you aren't planning to use the bagger for an extended period, it is preferable to unhitch the tractor and store it and shelter it from the weather, in a dry and covered space. In order to unhitch the machine from the tractor, proceed as follows: Operation Guide – Grain bagger GB-series Anderson Group...
