Troubleshooting > RFID
If you are having problems reading or writing RFID Tags/Cards, refer to the table
below for possible causes.
Problem
1. RFID does not turn On.
No/partial RFID data
2.
returned during scanning.
Unable to read certain RFID
3.
Tags/Cards.
If you are having problems with your Infinea X which are not addressed by the
table above, contact technical support at support@ipcmobile.com.
Possible Cause
• Infinea X battery is low.
• Infinea X not powered on by software.
• RFID reader is faulty.
• Charging Cup is connected to Infinea X.
• Unreadable RFID tag/card.
• Infinea X battery is low.
• Faulty RFID reader.
• Software decoding incorrectly.
• RFID type is not configured.
