TROUBLESHOOTING

If you are having problems not related to scanning barcodes or reading/writing
RFID Tags/Cards, refer to the table below for possible causes.

Possible Cause
• Infinea X is not configured for sync.
• Top cover is not properly installed.
• iOS device requires power cycle.
• AC adapter may not meet charging
requirements.
• Pass Through Sync is enabled.
Possible Cause
• Infinea X battery is low.
• Infinea X not powered on by software.
• Scan engine is faulty.
• Charging Cup is connected to Infinea X.
• Barcode is unreadable.
• Infinea X battery is low.
• Scan engine is faulty.
• Software decoding incorrectly.
• Multi-scan mode not enabled.
• Software does not support multi-scans.
• Sound mode not enabled.
• Infinea X battery is low.
