Search an entry

1. Press Names to enter the phonebook menu.
2. Search is highlighted. Press Select. The first entry is highlighted on the display.
3. Enter the first letter of the name to search alphabetically then scroll
the exact entry.
4. Press t to dial the displayed entry or press e to return to standby.

Edit a name and number

1. In standby, press
2. Enter the first letter of the name to search alphabetically then scroll
the exact entry. Press Options.

3. Scroll to Edit Entry
4. Edit the name and press
press and hold
5. Edit the number and press Save. Press
hold Clear to delete all characters.

to the ringtone you want and press Select. The entry is stored.

Copy an entry to another handset

1. In standby, press
2. Enter the first letter of the name to search alphabetically then scroll
the exact entry. Press Options.

3. Scroll to Copy Entry
4. The display shows

5. Scroll or to the number of the handset you want the entry to be copied
to. Press Select.
6. When the message
press Yes on that handset to start the copy process.
7. Press e to return to standby.
Note
If an entry with the same number is already stored in the receiving handset, it will
not be copied.

Assign a ringtone

1. In standby, press
2. Enter the first letter of the name to search alphabetically then scroll
the exact entry. Press Options.

to the ringtone you want and press Select. The ringtone is saved.
