What to do if...

6.1

General errors

Cause
– The batteries or accumulator
pack are largely depleted

– Software error
– Operating condition undefined
or EMC load unallowed

Turbidity

Cause
– Cell not correctly inserted
– Cell contaminated
– Calibration too old
Cause
– Calibration defective
– Measured value outside the
measuring range
What to do if...
Remedy
– Insert new batteries
– Charge the accumulator pack
(see section 3.2)
Remedy
– Processor reset:
Press the <START/ENTER>
and <PRT> key
simultaneously.
Remedy
– Repeat measurement
– Meter defective,
send meter to WTW for repair
and quote the error number
