The EventPlayer is not just an audio player, it can also read sequence files in order to operate DMX512 devices. This feature, named Scheduler, allows to timetable the playback of audio files (messages, spots, musics, sounds) and to stop or resume the playback on accurate date and time.

The timestamped programming is stored in a Scheduler file. This file is generated by the Scheduler software developed for this purpose.
