SECTION 5: MAINTENANCE

Lubrication

Your lathe has numerous moving metal-to-
metal contacts that require proper lubrication to
help ensure efficient and long-lasting operation.
Other than the lubrication points covered in this
section, all other bearings are internally
lubricated and sealed at the factory. Simply
leave them alone unless they need to be
replaced.
Before adding lubricant, clean away any debris
and grime from the lubrication point to avoid
contaminating the lubricant and increasing
wear of the moving parts.

Note : The change gears and the ball
