Hi. Sorry to bother. We got couple of Color Controls running. Mainly v2.09 or higher. 2 devices -
after perfectly working for almost a year at client sites - suddenly rebooted any since then are
stuck at a blue screen showing the victron energy blue power logo. cutting and reapplying power
makes it boot into the blue screen again. is there an easy solution?

could be hardware related, please try updating with the SD card method and if that fails,
contact the dealer for repair/replacement.

Hello Johannes,
Can I control and monitor a "VE Direct Phoenix Inverter" via VRM Online Portal using the Venus Gx
module ?
I am having some doubts since it is not mentioned in the Datasheet of the VE Direct Phoenix
inverter.

Hi Johannes, we have purchased 4 x 250W solar panels, a 400w wind turbine, 2 x victron charge
controllers (one for solar and one for wind turbine), a victron inverter, a victron color control GX, 6
victron batteries and a hyundai auto on/off silent generator. I expect I will have a few questions as I
progress with installation. Currently we have 2 solar panels, a charge control, an inverter and 3
batteries installed and working. We are now wanting to add the extra bits. So I am adding the
extra charge controller (connected to wind turbine), extra 3 batteries, generator, 2 extra solar

I had the same issue, constantly rebooting & cycling, I powered down, kept
the top 2 buttons depressed for 30 seconds whilst reapplying the power
supply!
