Hi
The CCGX must be directly on the Multi (not on Ac detector), so independent of the BMS
there needs to be always connection. Please restart the ccgx to get all details shown.

Hi Johannes, thanks for your prompt response.
AC detector is between Multi and BMS. While CCGX is connected to Multi directly.
I have tried restarting cCGX.
Under device list I can see "multi" but status unknown.
BMS led are not on, so I am not convinced its connected. I suspect a connection is
missing or not properly connected.

The BMS Led should be on, in order to have the Multi working.
Is there something with the connected batteries ? (Empty?)
Is there a AC power connected?

There is no AC as its offgrid. Battery is shown 100% on the MPPT and
battery bluetooth.
I am going to try re-wire the 4 pin connection with new cables. Could you
please advice where the 4pin should be connected to?
Load disconnect?
Battery +/- ?
Charge disconnect?
Theres no other relays or equipment connected to the system other than the
ones mentioned so far.
