Here is a view of the bottom of your phones. The most important cable when troubleshooting an issue is the AC power
connection, unplugging this cable from the phone and plugging it back in after a few seconds is called powercycleing.
This is the first thing to try if a phone is malfunctioning, if this does not fix the issue please call us. If you are having audio
issues check to make sure that the Handset cable is plugged all the way in.
