One or both DSKs can be taken from air at any time manually if a transition is not
in progress.
The method of taking a DSK from air is independent of the way it was taken to air.
If the <CUT> button is not lit, the DSK is already off-air.
If the <FOLLOW> button is flashing the DSK is set to follow the next video or DVE
transition. This is cancelled by manually taking the DSK from air.

Press the <CUT> or <FADE> button for the DSK.
The <FADE> button is lit while a fade is in progress. The fade can be
completed early by pressing <CUT>.
