The white keys (AUX) provide access to sources for either of two auxiliary busses
(AUX1 or AUX2), depending on which AUX SELECT buttons are lit. The auxiliary
busses are used for monitoring sources (see chapter 7).

The red keys (PGM) are the selection buttons for programme, the sources that
may be taken to air. Pressing a PGM button takes that source to air immediately.

The yellow keys (PST) are the source selection buttons for the preset. Preset
indicates which sources will be on-air when a take is made, lighting up the
corresponding sources on PGM (see chapter 3).

The 4-character alphanumeric name for each source is shown in the row of
displays between the red programme (PGM) buttons and the yellow preset (PST)
buttons.
The displayed source names can be assigned or changed by using the plasma
display (refer to the technical manual). Alternatively, they can be downloaded from:
· A central assignment routing system employing a System 3 controller.
· An external automation system.
