2.9 Footplate
Should the wheelchair be equipped with double footplate (see fig.
15), make sure that both plates are totally down and that their
hooking system is properly engaged before using the chair.
With one piece flip-up footplate (fig.16) make sure that the locking
tooth "A" is properly inserted in the slot "B".

With one piece footplate automatic closure (fig.17) there is no need
for check, in fact this kind of footplate folds with the wheelchair.

With one piece aluminium (figure 18) or carbon fibre (figure 19)
make sure that the locking tooth "A" is properly inserted in the bed
"B" (figure 19a).
