Calling someone

Automatic callback

The internal number you dialled is free or busy:
Scroll to the Autom. callback menu item.
Confirm your selection.
Replace the handset.
• If the other line was busy, your telephone rings as soon as the other line becomes availa-
ble again.
• If you call was not answered, your telephone rings as soon as the other line performs
any telephone activity.
Lift the handset. The other line is called automatically via the telephone system.
• The activated callback is shown in the display with activated callback.

Deleting automatic callback

Scroll to the Callback enabledmenu item.
Confirm entry. The display changes to Delete callback .
Confirm entry.

Redialling a call number

The dialled connection is busy.
Scroll to the Automatic redial menu item.
Confirm entry.
Replace the handset. The number is dialled up to nine times at intervals of 30 seconds.
Automatic redialling is stopped if you press any key or pick up the handset.
• If someone calls while time-scheduled redialling is active, his call will only be signalled by
a ringing tone. You can take his call with the handset or by pressing the Escape key.
• Automatic redial is stopped if you press any key or pick up the handset to perform some
operation. After you have performed this operation, you will be asked whether you want
automatic redialling to resume. Select Continue redial to continue redialling the dis-
played call number.
