COMMON PROBLEMS
PROBLEM

1. Loose wire connection to limit switch
or relay.

REMEDY
1. Tighten wires.
2. Replace pump motor.
3. If motor has correct incoming voltage, and the overload
is tripping, repair or replace the pump.
4. Check voltage at motor and at power terminal block.
Ensure it meets the electrical voltage specifiactions for
the dishmachine.
5. Replace limit switch.
1. Turn machine off. If wash relay does not release,
replace.
1. Remove obstruction.
2. Replace.
1. Ensure that incoming water line pressure meets the
requirements on dishmachine data plate.
2. Remove wash arms and clean.
3. Disassemble and clear.
4. Replace.
1. Replace pump.
2. Clean out wash arms.
3. Remove, clean, and reinstall float switch.
4. Ensure that the incoming water line flow pressure
meets the requirements on the dishmachine data plate.
