4-5-2. Counter function

This function counts sewing in the predetermined unit and gives a visible alarm on the screen when the pre-
set value is reached.
The following counters can be used.

The timing at which the current value shown on the sewing counter is as shown below. It can be changed
over according to the setting of "U014 Sewing counter function".
Set value of
U014
The sewing counter increases by one when the back part of pedal is depressed to its 2nd level by the

set value of "U183 Number of times of thread trimming for the sewing counter".

The sewing counter increases by one when an external input is accepted.
The sewing counter increases by one after the sewing machine has repeated the sewing sequence by
"U183 Number of times of sewing of materials" (one sewing sequence = when the absence of material

is detected after the sewing machine performs sewing of material). If the number of stitches sewn on
the material is smaller than "U211 Number of stitches for sewing the material while the sewing counter
is enabled", the relevant sewing sequence will be invalid.
Sewing counter (count-up counter)
The current value shown on the counter increases one by one.
When the current value reaches the set value, the "count completed"
screen is displayed.
Sewing counter (count-down counter)
The current value shown on the counter decreases one by one.
When the current value reaches "0" (zero), the "count completed" screen
is displayed.
Pitch time counter
The current value shown on the counter increases one by one.
In addition, the counter value also increases by one every time the preset
pitch time is reached.
